The Friendship Center is a drop-in assistance center for the homeless and disadvantaged of our community.  The effort was spearheaded by members of First Presbyterian Church's congregation, and was later added under the Homeless Services division of the Tompkins County Chapter of the American Red Cross.

The Friendship Center is a valuable service to the people of Ithaca, providing assistance in landlord-tenant disputes, finding housing, obtaining social benefits, and even free lunches and food giveaways. 

First Presbyterian Church is proud to be a part of this valuable service to the community.
