It is so exciting to see the return of this wonderful event! Tickets for this night will go to support the children & youth in programs, supplies and adventures!
We Need Volunteers!
Set Up
2-3 People to help prepare for the event by rinsing off the dishes, helping set up chairs etc.

Arrive by 5:00
Clean Up
This is so important! We need 3-4 people to stay to help wash dishes and clean up any left over food.
Apple Hill Cake
Help by baking this delicious desert for the meal. They freeze really well if you want to bake them in advanced! We need 5-8 total so if you love to bake we appreciate you!
Youth
4rd grade and up come put on in black and white and help serve the meal!

Arrive by 4:30 if eating dinner here, or at 5:30 if not eating.
Kitchen
During the meal we need 4-6 helpers to refill platters and pitchers.

Arrive by 5:30pm
Musicians
We need a few musical acts to perform some holiday songs. Do you have a musical talent to share? A favorite carol? We'd love to hear from you!

If you are not coming for the meal be sure to be here by 7.
